Personal Data Processing Policy
General Provisions
This Privacy Policy defines the procedure for processing personal data by AIVO Group LLC (TIN 7743481547, registered address: 121205, Moscow, Mozhaysky Municipal District, Skolkovo Innovation Center territory, Bolshoy Boulevard, 42, bldg. 1) for users of aivo.group website and the AIVO platform, in compliance with Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ on Personal Data.
Categories of Data Processed and Purposes
- Identification and registration: login, password, email, phone. Stored 30 days after relationship ends.
- Candidate recruitment: full name, date of birth, contacts, education, experience, photo. Stored 30 days after decision.
- Client communications: name, phone, email, employer, position.
- Analytics: cookies, IP address, device data, on-site behavior. Stored 3 years.
Processing Principles
Processing is lawful and limited to predefined purposes. Data is not merged across purposes, only relevant data is processed, accuracy and timeliness are ensured.
Processing Procedure
The Operator processes data via mixed means (automated and non-automated) using databases located in the Russian Federation. Data is not transferred to third parties without subject consent, except as required by law.
User Rights
Users may request information about processing of their data, request correction, blocking or deletion, and withdraw consent.
Security Measures
The Operator has appointed a responsible person, implements organizational and technical safeguards, and monitors the security level of information systems.
